It looks like they’re out of options. Well I guess there is one. When Arroyo Coach Jim Singiser was asked if he had any other options now that CIF has denied the MVL appeal on the new Division playoff grouping proposals he had one, “Yeah. Get better!” he said.

Mid Valley Softball Top 20

Heading into the Spring Vacation break and most teams are getting ready for the final three weeks of the season and jockeying for playoff position. Local area teams will be in the Northview tournament this week and the Sierra League continues play prior to its break after the Spring break.

After all is said and done at the View…it’s Victor Ambruso. It wasn’t the slam dunk like we thought it would be but after several interviews with candidates, declines and even a reposting of the position On the CIF website, it came full circle and Ambruso landed the gig.

Mid Valley Softball Top 20

This week saw La Canada get handed its first loss of the season by San Marino. Pacific League powerhouses Burroughs and Crescenta Valley meet-up on Tuesday in each team’s first game of league. The Regents continue their impressive start as they won the Diamond Bar tournament on Saturday evening.
