Vanguard’s Dwyer Shuts Out Pomona-Pitzer

By Tim Peterson (Costa Mesa) – Former La Salle High School star Vanessa Dwyer fired a complete game, three hit shutout to lead Vanguard University to a 6-0 win over Pomona Pitzer Sunday at Vanguard.

From Temple City American Little League to Temple City ASA to La Salle High School along with numerous travel ball teams along the way. Saturday Vanessa Dwyer saw the fruits of all her labor pay off as she took the circle at Vanguard University.

It’s Official: Corey Copping Commits to Oklahoma

(Temple City) – Temple City pitcher Corey Copping has committed to Oklahoma Ram Coach Barry Bacon confirmed. Copping received an offer from the Sooners a couple of weeks ago and then took a visit to the campus.

TCALL Major All-Stars Win District 18 Title

(Temple City) – The Temple City American Little League Major All-Stars captured the District 18 crown last week. They followed that up with a trip to the Sectionals and won the first two games before losing in the third round.
