West Covina keeps the top spot with a blow-out win against Diamond Ranch. After weeks of thinking that La Mirada was a pretender, they come from behind and beat Norwalk and move into the top five.

After Friday, the Suburban League title will be raised by La Mirada or Norwalk will throw it into disarray with win against the Matadores. The only other game of interest this week will be Bellflower against Cerritos with the winner getting the inside track on the final spot in the Suburban League.

This week was pretty tame in the Pacific. Arcadia, Burbank, Burroughs and Muir all were winners against teams that were heading in the wrong direction.
