El Rancho’s Lopez Earns Football Foundation Honor

By Tim Peterson (Pico Rivera) – El Rancho HC Vinnie Lopez has been named  2014 National Football Foundation Coach of the Year. The Dons won the Del Rio League last year with a perfect 5-0 record and went 8-3 overall.

Ceniceros Leaves Norwalk, Takes Chino

By Tim Peterson (Norwalk) – Jesse Ceniceros has left Norwalk to take over as the head coach at Chino it was announced Monday.  Ceniceros had a successful seven year stint as the head coach at Norwalk including a Southeast Finals appearance in 2013.

O’Shields Out at Walnut

(Walnut) – Michael O’ Shields has resigned as the head coach at Walnut sources confirmed this week.
