Tartans Turn the Tables on Chargers
By Tim Peterson (Glendora) – Glendora overcame an 11 point deficit in the fourth quarter to knock off Charter Oak 38-37 Thursday night in a Central Division clash. The Chargers seemed to be in control but inexplicably turned the ball over on each of its last two possessions and the Tartans took advantage to win it.

It’s a year round celebration for Monrovia. First there was the third consecutive Mid-Valley Divison title. Then it was on to the State tournament. Now the Wildcats have had five players receive scholarships to play college football.

Saints Survive Smudge!
(Citrus College)- Andrew Espinoza scored from eight yards out with 2:00 left in the fourth quarter and Erick Ware calmly booted home the extra point to give San Dimas a remarkable 37-36 win over Bonita Thursday night to capture the Smudgepot. The Bearcats had one last gasp but a 49 yard field goal attempt by Brandt Davis fell short.
