By Tim Peterson So apparently the requirement to step down as head coach is your team has to lose in the CIF Finals. Dale Ziola of Los Altos, Mike Moschetti at La Mirada and Burbank’s Richard Broussard all fell in the final game and resigned the next week.

By Tim Peterson (Montebello) – Montebello quarterback Ryan Rivera has committed to Finlandia University assistant coach Pete Gonzalez Jr. confirmed Wednesday.
Whittier College Tournament: A Few More Shots…
16 schools participated in the Whittier College Tournament Saturday. Some local, and some from other area codes. In the end La Habra beat Buena Park 26-14 in the final. Buena Park went 7-1 and beat Sonora in the semi finals. La Habra went 7-0 and beat El Rancho in the semis. Here’s a few more shots.
