Pacific Non-League Schedules

Pacific Non-League Schedules: Season kicks off August 17th

It’s Finally Set in G-Stone; Ted Clarke

By Tim Peterson (Covina) – Long time area coach Ted Clarke was announced as the head coach at Gladstone Friday sources confirmed.

The TEN: 10/8/2014

(“The TEN” is not a top ten but ten items worth being included in The TEN)

The Peterson Principle: 10/6/14

By Tim Peterson Don’t be fooled by the final score. La Mirada didn’t mess around with Bellflower. This was domination in every sense of the word. The Matadores were bigger, stronger and definitely much faster. Tony Brown is every bit as advertised.

Game Night Southeast Division: Week Four

By Tim Peterson All games are at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated

Can Pasadena Compete in Pacific?

We know Muir always has athletes and John Hardy might be one of the best coaches in the Southeast Division. Burbank has several key players returning including James “Boobie” Williams. Crescenta Valley, especially with Brian Gadsby now back in the fold, could be the most explosive team in the league.

Marshall to MVL?

(Pasadena) – Marshall (Pasadena) could end up in the Mission Valley League. Or maybe not. They also could end up in the Pacific, in a completely new league or stay right where they are in the Alpha League.

The Peterson Principle 5/21/12

Would it be a stretch to say Arcadia in the Pacific?  The league is in flux. Burbank and Crescenta Valley have lost a lot of players to graduation, as did Pasadena. The Bulldogs have Brandon Cox, the best quarterback in the league, but does he have enough around him?

Tuttle Takes over at Glendale

(Glendale) – Long time area assistant John Tuttle has been named the new Head Coach at Glendale. Tuttle played his high school ball at San Marino where he was the quarterback.
